Hat Size Guide: How to Measure Your Head
Find the perfect fit for your hat with this simple step-by-step guide. Accurate sizing ensures comfort, style, and the best experience when wearing your handcrafted Colombian hat.
What You’ll Need
- A soft measuring tape (tailor’s tape)
- A mirror
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Preparation
Wear your hair the way you would normally style it when using a hat. For example, if you usually tie your hair or wear it loose, measure it that way.
Stand in front of a mirror to ensure accurate positioning.
2. Position the Tape
Place one end of the measuring tape at the center of your forehead, about 0.5 inches above your eyebrows.
3. Measure Around Your Head
Wrap the tape around your head, passing just above your ears.
Make sure the tape stays level and is not tilted.
4. Take the Measurement
Note the measurement where the tape meets the starting point.
This number represents your head circumference.
